Very powerful indeed and very effective. It helps a lot in muscle recovery after exercise, you recover faster and also helps in reducing inflammation after injuries. I had also bought a similar one for €15, comparing them I conclude that this one here is so much better that it is definitely more value for money than the cheap one.

    For a beginner, it is good. I use it before running and afterwards, and I have seen improvement in the "tightness" after workouts. For the 60€ I paid for it, I think it's worth it. I might want it to hit deeper in larger muscle groups like the legs, but the budget doesn't allow for a Theragun.

    I start by saying that massage guns inherently have difficulty reaching areas that hands cannot reach well, such as the back. Beyond that, reading the reviews, I had the feeling that the intensity would be satisfactory to see some results. In essence, even at level 20, for my standards, it is not enough and additionally, if you apply pressure, the machine gets stuck and stops. It also trembles incredibly, especially when applying pressure for deep massage. The battery life is good for those who don't put it on level 20.

    I received it today. Sturdy construction, does not slip in grip. It is quite powerful. I think up to the 10th speed is more than enough for me as a woman. The 7th speed is more than enough, for example, for the back and above the shoulders. You feel relief from the first minutes. Plus, the very nice design, its small weight, and the fact that it doesn't make much noise.
