The product that was delivered was not as pictured, however it is compatible with my Samsung TV and worked fine, with 2 small issues:
1) The layout of the buttons is different, so for example, I have to search for the "Info" button which was in a different place on the original remote.
2) When you press a button continuously (e.g. the Forward button), it does not stay pressed, so you have to press it repeatedly multiple times. Another example is that with Samsung remotes, in order to completely turn off the TV (not just put it on standby), you have to hold down the Power button, which you cannot do with this remote.
