After almost -minus 10 days- a year, and without having undergone any particular hardship, the arm of the headphones broke -during use- right above the right ear cup.

When connected via Bluetooth, the headphones and microphone have very poor sound quality. All my conversation partners complained that they couldn't hear me clearly and there were interruptions in the audio. Additionally, the headphones disconnected on their own multiple times during the conversation. When connected with the cable, things were much better, but I wanted them for wireless use.

Their main problem is that they strain the ears and are very uncomfortable. I regret buying these specific on-ear headphones because they put too much pressure. They are not suitable for any kind of work for more than 2 hours and especially for a call center, as soon as they warm up, you hear disturbances in the incoming calls and you have to close and reopen them. Unfortunately, over time, I see that there is no good sound quality! They are good for listening, but forget about using them for music, etc. I tried changing them in case it was my own problematic pair, but the same issues occurred with the second one.
