The product is of relatively good quality, but what I noticed is that it does not produce the shades of red well at all, and it also smudges the paper with black ink in any area I tried. I did multiple head cleanings, but without any result. I took it to the dealership four times and they did not fix the problem. After a lot of effort, I managed to get my money back because the supplier could not replace the product. Truly disappointing, I do not recommend it for either household or professional use.

Fast, easy installation, very affordable, but....poor quality materials, mediocre to poor print quality, small alignment issues with printing, and no automatic double-sided printing function.
Overall, I consider the printer overpriced. It's not worth the money.

Pure mockery. Is it possible for a printer that does not print double-sided to be charged so expensively? I realized this lack after placing the order. And of course, when I realized it, it was already too late and it couldn't be changed. WARNING, it is single-sided and what it says about manual double-sided is impossible to work in an office.

I have had it for about 6 months and it is my second ecotank that I have. Printing speed satisfactory quality of plastics not particularly good but that does not bother me. The reason for the 5* is the minimal printing cost. The scanner is quite good, with a feeder. You put together papers and make them a pdf file. Practical and the duplicate screen it has, you can operate it from there. e.g. document scanning without having to enter the computer menu. Finally, the wi-fi and mobile print function has saved my hands. VFM 10 out of 10.

Easy to install with Wi-Fi and LAN support, relatively fast printing for everyday household use and small printing needs for professional use.
Economy and autonomy in ink, unbelievable!
No problems at the moment, worth every euro!
