I had the 70cm handle that most gyms have.
I decided to get this specific handle because it has a longer inner grip, which helps with heavy weights and generally if you have large hands. With the 70cm handle, when I was lifting 80kg+, my wrist always hurt. As soon as I got this specific handle, I didn't feel pain again.
It is a very good and quality construction; the only downside is that because it has a lot of weight, you have to hold the handle with your hands to change the weight on the pulley because it pulls it and doesn't let you insert or remove the pin.
In simple sets, it's not annoying, but when doing drop sets, it becomes an issue.
