Recently I upgraded to 1gbps with COSMOTE and the router they gave me, the FritzBox 5530, had poor WiFi. It would even lag on the 5ghz band. So I found this specific one that had very good reviews. After connecting the cables, I accessed its interface and selected that I have an Other Provider, which opened up the options for me to enter the PPP details that will be provided to you by 13788 or the MyCosmote App. Then, after it connected to the internet, I also entered the VoIP details that OTE sent me via SMS after calling 13788.
It is excellent, it has never needed a reboot.
It also has super WiFi and I get all the Mbps of my line.
