For a little while it does its job, then it overheats and stops, it needs time to work again, what a shame. My old one lasted 20 years and never stopped anywhere
FANTASTIC!! I have it since 2014! Daily use... and not just once a day...
Fruit creams, fruit juices, vegetable purees, grinding nuts/grains/oats/corn flakes, grinding food... EVERYTHING...
The large container is a huge advantage...
And it still holds up...
Less powerful motor compared to the exact same previous one that I still have, I just broke the glass and decided to buy the whole thing. I was perfectly satisfied. In an attempt to make a difficult cut (cheese), it stalled, it didn't have the power to turn, it smelled and stopped. I continued my work with the old red motor without any problem. The funny thing is that nominally old and new have the same power in watts.
Overall, it works great, powerful, spacious bin. Once it had a problem, it stopped working without having been heavily used. The motor was hot, but as soon as it cooled down, it started working again and the problem did not occur again.
Tragic! I bought it to replace a similar machine (Izzy at 700w) that broke down after 3 years and one month from the date of purchase! The issue, however, is that even though that machine broke down very quickly, while it was functioning, it could shred - finely chop EVERYTHING with ease, whereas the new one, despite being heavily advertised, cuts NOTHING! I put a frozen banana and the blades got stuck to the point where the motor started struggling! I had to stop to avoid causing damage. In the end, I had to cut it into 7 pieces myself with a knife! I thought that (although it shouldn't have been necessary!) it would just have difficulty with frozen items. The day before yesterday, I put in a carrot. One! The blades got stuck and it didn't turn at all. I had to cut it into many smaller pieces with a knife for it to be finely chopped. If I have to cut the food with a knife first in order for the multi to be able to cut it, then something is not right! The 40€ I spent, along with the shipping, were wasted. I used it only twice and now I'm trying to sell it for 25€ so I can buy the Izzy again! Even if it breaks down in 3 years again!!!
Poor quality materials, it stopped working after 6 months and when I took it for repair, they told me that I have to finely chop the vegetables and fruits and then put them in the blender. If I had to chop them myself, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place.. (obviously, I was cutting large pieces and not putting them in whole). I regret the 50€ I spent.
I had it since 2015, it lasted 5 years, and I put everything in it, yesterday the blade just broke, it snapped in one place. But the machine still works. I don't think they sell the blades separately, so I'll get a new one. It's a beast though.
I bought it from this specific store in Rhodes...they gave me a 2-year warranty...I paid around 55 euros for the purchase of this specific product...one month later, I put in an apple, a banana, a pomegranate, and an apricot...I open it and pour the juice into a glass...I notice that the base of the blades is crooked...I go to the store because of the warranty and they tell me that they cannot cover it...they send me to a repair shop for appliances...they simply contact Moulinex and they tell me that it's not covered because the blades are a consumable part...I call Moulinex and they tell me that I damaged it with a fruit salad in one month...and when I ask them if they are proud as a company that it broke in one month...they refuse to give me the opportunity to get something else from the company...and they hang up on me with a "goodbye"...Well done...Stay away from expensive companies, especially French ones
So quickly.
Anyone who wants to chop parsley and onions and generally not so hard foods then let them get it.
Otherwise, kids don't get such crap! After two multi, I got a food processor and it's amazing! 1300 watt motor and it does everything smoothly. Peanut butter in 6 minutes. I will also upload a recipe to show you how easy it is.
Stay away!!!! Unacceptable for its price, after two months of grinding baby food, fruits and vegetables, the axle broke and it is not covered by warranty!!! Terrible customer service from the company... Never again!
Amazing. I was hesitant at first but it turned out to be an excellent choice. I bought it about a year ago and it works perfectly. The double blades and its large capacity are great advantages.
After market research I did, it is the best there is!!!
The basic prerequisite is to use it correctly and follow the specifications.
I am very satisfied!!!
6.3.24
I have had it for a while with minimal use.
Yesterday I took it out to make a dessert and I found that the Turbo lever has completely detached.
I had to put tape on it so that the spring inside does not get lost.
It could be of better construction.
In exactly 2 years it stopped working, it was repaired but after a while a screw came off, I put it back on but it broke again, probably the gears got damaged... I'm looking for something else.
It is one of the expensive ones...
After only one year, the gears of the fruit cream machine broke (they told me it was due to my misuse). The warranty is for 2 years, but not for the gears. I had to spend 15 to 20 euros to replace them, when I bought it for 39 euros. I sent an email to the dealership asking them to send me the gears so I could replace them myself, of course I would pay for them, as they cost around 4 euros, but I never received a response. I went to Viko and bought their best one for 20 euros, which I consider to be a step better than this one. The only good thing about it is its knives, but overall it is fake.
