  What can I say about vitamin B12, especially from Power Health, which is very affordable? For years, I felt fatigue, drowsiness, and weakness. My blood tests always showed that I had low magnesium and low vitamin D. While my vitamin B12 levels were within the normal range. Even though I was taking vitamin D and magnesium, as well as another very strong multivitamin (Nevralip), I saw no results at all.
