  I have had it for 3 months. We have loved it in the family. Hot and cold frothy milk, every time as it should be, as well as chocolate drink. The negative is the long time it takes to make the frothy milk and that it makes quite a noise, so 4 stars. Huge plus that it can be washed without fear of scratching any coating (usually found on milk frothers), the milk does not stick inside, and it can also be put in the dishwasher safely.   It makes amazing hot frothy milk. Compared to the aeroccino I had before, I can say that the result is better, it's just much slower. With the aeroccino, you didn't need more than 20 seconds for hot frothy milk, while here you need at least 90. So I'm deducting 1 star for this reason and for its high price. As for the construction, it seems very good except for the lid, which is a bit fake. I highly recommend it.

  I have already bought two. The first one broke after a few years and the second one was repaired by the dealership in the first few months, but it stopped working after two years. It works for frothy milk (not with all types of milk) but it is prone to damages and becomes useless often.

  Excellent device for easily and quickly making thick and perfectly textured milk foam! Even for someone who is a beginner in cappuccino, they will do just fine! Just need to add condensed milk and press the corresponding button (hot or cold). I haven't tried many devices of this kind, but after a lot of searching, I ended up with this one and I can say that my choice was absolutely justified! As for cleaning, it is very easy, after removing the magnetic stirring head. The only negative thing I can mention is that sometimes when the magnetic stirring head is not properly placed or when we have added a small amount of milk, there is an annoying sound. In general, though, it is worth someone's purchase!

  I have had the device for 1 year. I am completely satisfied.
  I just want to clarify something because I see many people writing that it doesn't make good cold frothy milk.
  It makes cold frothy milk just like it makes hot frothy milk and it's great. It's just that here in Greece, we are used to the frothy milk we see in cafes and we think that the right frothy milk for a freddo should be like cheese.
  Well, that's not true. We need to understand that the freddo cappuccino we drink outside is essentially a freddo espresso with a piece of mizithra cheese on top. So you drink almost half of the espresso until the milk on top settles and then you just drink milk. You don't drink freddo cappuccino.
  The milk frother makes very good frothy milk, where part of it mixes with the coffee and part stays on top.
  It is "creamy" and doesn't dissolve quickly. It's not concrete though. It's foam (like frappe foam, not soap bubbles). The word says it. Frothy milk. You want to put it in your coffee, not to stick tiles.
  You don't need special milk. It just shouldn't be too old. This is very important. If, for example, you have had it in the fridge for 4 days, it is very likely to give you juice with some bubbles.
  I have found the solution and I buy the small evaporated milk packages (not the servings, the small metal can). Each can (by adding the appropriate amount of water) produces about 350ml of ready-to-use milk. In 2 days it's gone and I make another one. So I always have milk that has been open in the fridge for less than 2 days. Both full-fat and light evaporated milk make equally good frothy milk.
  Alternatively, if some people make coffee occasionally, they can also get the servings that last a long time and when they want to make coffee, they can put 3-4 servings of milk (and equal amount of water) in the milk frother and it will be perfect. Freshly opened every time and they won't have to buy milk for 1-2 coffees and throw it away after it expires.
  Also, the minimum quantity doesn't necessarily have to reach the point that says "MIN". Even with slightly less milk, it does its job just fine. It just needs to cover the entire whisk.
  The major drawback of the device is the noise. It makes a lot of noise. Especially if it doesn't sit well, as a friend mentioned in a previous review, it sounds like a saw.

  The device is beautiful, easy to clean, makes decent foam milk, but after two months the motor's stop broke and instead of stopping on its own, it makes an incredible sound of destruction and you have to manually shut it off. I gave it for repair and I'm waiting to see my results.

  I have had the device for a month. Easy to use, easy to clean, and now I can also drink cappuccino at home!!!!! My satisfaction is indescribable ;-) So far, I have only tried the hot frothed milk because that's what interests me. Later, in the summer, I will also try the cold....hopefully it will have the same result. I haven't made chocolate yet.

  It is a good solution for easily making hot frothy milk, for cold it remains a top choice with a powerful mixer for frappes. With cold milk for baristas, it does something, but it requires testing to see which one creates better foam. It is also good for sauces or quickly heating children's milk for hot chocolates, anything that requires good mixing in liquid form (it has another attachment for mixing only). I also make teas and hot beverages with it. It is easy to clean, it can also be put in the dishwasher. It requires some caution with the container not having water when placing it on the base because it gets stuck and doesn't work afterwards. Overall, it is an okay solution for lazy people who don't want to spend 5 minutes every day making frothy milk and cleaning their espresso machine afterwards.

  I have changed 2 similar milk frothers, and I have noticed that the carbon brushes of the motor do not last more than 2-3 years of daily use (2-3 times a day). The bad thing is that they broke just 6 months after the warranty expired. :(
