It is generally very good. I bought it because I trust this particular brand. I have an older model dome camera for many years and I never had a problem.
Unfortunately, with this one, when I first connected it, the tilting function was not working. During startup, it was panning and zooming, but the tilting was not...
During the packaging to return it, I "helped" it a bit with my hands... and after several reboots and self-checks, it started moving a few degrees until it reached 90 degrees in the end.
After speaking with a technician, I decided to keep it since the issue was resolved, and if it occurs again later, I will send it for warranty (it has a 2-year warranty).
Another issue is that it does not lock onto its base and can easily rotate and fall off or be easily taken by someone if they reach it. My old one screws internally into the dome.
