Good but it could be better, I wouldn't say it does a good job cooling the laptop that I have it for, and for simple internet use, for heavier tasks it is not worth the money

Relatively good product, quiet, stable, and easy to use. It also has two USB ports on the back. When you take it out of the box, it smells a bit like plastic, but the smell quickly disappears. In terms of effectiveness, I didn't see much difference after 15 days of use. However, it is discoloring!!! At least mine is. The bottom part of the laptop (15') that rests on the surface has blackened in various spots. Fortunately, it cleans easily with a paper towel or baby wipe. However, when I wiped the surface of the base with a baby wipe, it turned black, and no matter how much I "cleaned" it, the wipes and towels kept turning black. I was forced to place a perforated fabric in between.

Completely silent. Good cooling in use for up to three hours. I have no opinion for longer usage hours. I would like a slightly larger size for a 15.6 laptop.
