Well, I will say it as it is, the bench is generally good. Is it worth the 240 that I bought it for? No, it's worth a maximum of 150-180. Let's get into the details.
1) It has good padding, but it inflates strangely if you press on it, meaning the covering is not completely glued to the bench. Does it work well in use? I, being 180cm and 80kg, feel slightly taller than I should be, so when you try to lift the weights from the floor, it's a bit uncomfortable, but on the positive side, it has a wide backrest, so if you have a wide back, it's convenient for better support.
2) Is it sturdy? Generally yes, the backrest wobbles a little, but then it doesn't move during exercises. The leg machine is also equally sturdy, the weights make a little noise if they are iron, but it's okay, I guess.
3) Is it easy to assemble? It took me about three hours alone, but with lots of mistakes and having never assembled anything similar before. A little concentration at the beginning and then it's okay. There is also a video on YouTube that helps.
4) Finally, the most tragic thing is the headrest for the exercise of the deltoids. Completely unnecessary. Firstly, you can't do the exercise if you are over 1.75m with normal arm length. When I tried to do it, I hit the point for the legs if you do it correctly with full extension. And when you go to do leg exercises, you have to remove it. I have it permanently removed and I will just go to an ironworker to make me a separate stand to use it as a separate device.
