  ASSEMBLY
  Quite difficult, however, the instructions are very good just be careful there is 1 mistake in STEP 1 (the number of washers is 4, correct in the picture wrong in the text), and 1 mistake in STEP 3 [now the number of washers (19) is correct in the text (4) wrong in the picture (2)].
  Also, in 2-3 spots it is crooked, not anything severe, but if you tighten it too much it might tilt and wobble).
  CONSTRUCTION
  Quite good for the money, the faux leather is the classic one that bucket chairs have, it will probably wear out in less than 2 years, maybe if you use a towel you can save it somewhat.
  The only concern is the welds for adjusting the angle of the backrest, at first glance they seem sturdy but time will tell.
  FUNCTIONALITY
  It is amazing how easy it is to fold and change angles (don’t tighten the screws on the backrest support too much).
  Unfortunately, when folded it takes up much more space than I expected 1.40 meters in length, 35 centimeters in height, it doesn’t fit under the bed at all, nor in a closet, it has to go in the hallway where it is quite bulky.

  Very good bench for its price. It is durable (I weigh 105 kilograms, 1.88 meters tall, and I exercise with heavy weights), very well constructed, with strong joints. The cushions are decent. Easy assembly and can be folded with 2 movements. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants it for indoor use.

  Good bench overall for its cost, although for the same money there will definitely be better ones. 3 stars because firstly there is no adaptability in the resistance of the legs and secondly it is not suitable for abdominal exercises due to the large gap between the seat and the backrest, I am 1.75m tall and when I try to do abdominal exercises I "fall" in between. So essentially it is only good for chest flys.

  The assembly was easy for two people, although it might be a bit tiring for one person. It comes with a brochure with detailed instructions (there is a small mistake in the text where you screw in the seat, but the picture shows the correct number of 4 screws needed) and all the screws, bolts, etc. are numbered on the packaging, which is incredibly convenient. You don't need your own tools as they are included. The construction is very sturdy, the metals are of high quality (even the paint is well done), and the cushions, although they didn't look reliable in the photos, are of good quality, solid, and comfortable. The good thing is that it has built-in rubber on the bases that provide stability and protection against scratches, etc. It folds by removing a screw from the front base, which is screwed back in when folded to keep the bench closed. To be honest, this specific bench was purchased for its foldability and the weight it supports (the official amila website states that it supports 200kg compared to other websites that state 170), due to limited storage space, but in the end, when folded, it doesn't fit under the bed or inside a closet. Nevertheless, I prefer it over its cousin (Amila AWB508G / EL-91401) which folds completely and is 20€ more expensive and only supports 125kg. If you really have no space at all, maybe you should consider that one. As for durability and stability, I used it for hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, etc. (I weigh 60kg, 1.70m, along with a 30kg barbell) and my partner used it for various exercises (he weighs 90kg, 1.86m, with a set of 40kg dumbbells) and it didn't budge. Also, as mentioned in a previous review, it can be inclined (the website doesn't mention it nor does it show in the photos). Personally, it worked incredibly well for me during exercises. It's worth every penny. I have attached photos where it is fully folded and inclined. That's it. Happy exercising :)
