Recommended Dosage

  • 1 to 3 tablets in the evening, when deemed useful, with a large glass of water. 
  • The product is recommended from the age of 12 years.

  • In general, to promote intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink plenty of water during the day, consume the right amount of fiber, and engage in physical exercise.

  • Sollievo PhysioLax complex (produced from Senna, Chicory, Fennel, Dandelion, Caraway, and Cumin) 420 mg
  • Polyphenolic complex with flavonoids and sennosides ≥ 3.1%
