    Good construction, metal back with cooling for heat, seems waterproof, I haven't submerged it in water.
    However, it is definitely not 27w but only 11w since it draws 0.9A at 12v, so its light is not very strong.
    If you want something more powerful, look for one that is at least 50w or higher.
