This is a chemical peel. I had previously purchased a similar one in enzyme form (like water). This specific one is more effective. It smooths the skin, I don't have an opinion on whether it dries out because I apply a lot of moisturizing products afterwards. Another positive aspect is that it can be done in whatever form we want, depending on the water we add.
