If you need extra space to store your data, one of the best solutions is to buy a larger drive or portable equipment that you can always have at your disposal. Thanks to technological advancement, you can now choose perfect products in the form of SSD drives that are not only much smaller but also significantly faster.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can
report it here.
I used it for cloning internal NVME without issues. I have no comments on the speed because I transferred 1TB of data mainly from gaming libraries like Steam, GOG, etc., which means many thousands of files. It took a little while, but my job was done.
As soon as I opened it, I requested a return. The hard drive case comes out of the enclosure without me pressing the "push" button, resulting in the entire case coming out when I try to disconnect the usb-c cable. Unacceptable.
It reaches the expected speeds and the build quality is quite good for its price. It was paired with the Kingston NV2 SSD 2TB M.2 NVMe PCI Express 4.0.
Very good case, for its price! It warms up, but that is logical with the speeds that M2 disks reach! Also, it has a nice plastic cover that provides some protection!
I will not go into details because the product is not for professional use. A cheap solution to have an m2 disk that you have left or broke or for any reason you want to see it on your computer with decent speeds. For buying an external disk from scratch you can find better ones
With a Samsung 970 pro disk and plugged into the Baseus 8-1 dock station, the case works great. However, it does generate more heat compared to a case like the "LC-Power M2-C-NVME-2X2," which is slightly less portable
It does what it says and it's probably the first time I see this. Usually they promise a speed that you can't see in practice. I put in a Samsung 256GB M.2 that I took out of a laptop that burned out. I didn't buy it separately. This M.2 has a capacity of up to 3,333MB/s Read, but the enclosure and the type-c limit it to 1,000MB/s. As you can see in the pictures, it reaches 1,000MB/s in both the test and when copying a large file (13GB). When you have many small files, the speed naturally drops. Pay attention to how you put the rubber band instead of a screw during installation. Look at the instructions first that it has inside. In addition to the type-c to type-c cable, the box also has a second rubber band and a Thermal Pad. I tried it on 2 computers and on USB-A 3.1 Gen2 (I have a relevant cable) and the result is the same. In both PCs, the C: drive was also M.2 with speeds of 7,000MB/s and 3,000MB/s, respectively, because obviously this also plays a role.
Lightweight, very sturdy, and it also comes with a rubber case that protects it. Very convenient for an external hard drive. If you put a fast NVMe inside, you have an external drive that behaves like an internal one. I inserted a drive and mounted it directly from the external without any problems. It recognizes it immediately and works perfectly. The best option for expanding memory on a Mac
The installation of the m.2 SSD is very easy without tools and includes the connection cable, which is as fast as the case allows. If it didn't, I would be concerned about what specifications the connection cable should have.
Just received.
Good construction, relatively easy and tool-free installation of the disk. I don't know how long the rubber peg will last though.
Quality connection cable.
Test was done with 256GB PM991 M.2 2242, until I receive a new 1TB SSD.
Comparison with the "Orico Hard Disk Case M.2 PCI Express TCM2-C3-BL" showed slightly better speeds.
It also has a rubber casing.
Tests with the new SSD are pending. Until then, 5 stars and recommended.

TeamGroup MP44L SSD 1TB M.2 NVMe was installed.
Speeds in the photos.
Very good, reliable, without disconnects and of course fast. Its construction is metallic and includes a rubber case. It was used to transfer data from an old nvme (union memory 256gb) to a new one (wd sn570 1tb). The temperature reported by crystaldiskinfo at the end of the transfer was 61°, 9° below the manufacturer's limit for most SSDs (good temperature). It supports drives of all sizes and installation is easy and clearly stated in the manual. For its price, it is very good.
The case was used for a Kingston NV2. The write speeds are excellent, 800-900 MBp/s for files larger than 100GB, and 300-400 MBp/s for files with smaller size and larger quantity.
The main use is for an external steam/game library due to its small size and high speed that does not cause any lag.
After continuous use for several hours, the temperature does not seem to increase from the corresponding idle temperature (+4-5 degrees measured with HD sentinel).
The included cable (usb c male -> usb c male) is of good quality, and this is evident from the transfer rates. The version of the cable is not mentioned anywhere in the packaging or on the manufacturer's page, and the transfer speed of both the case and the cable is also not specified. When used with other usb c male -> usb c male cables, a significant difference in write speed (100-120 MBp/s) was observed, so it is advisable to use the included cable for maximum speed.
Unfortunately, this specific model only supports nvie and does not have a c-male usb3.2 male cable. It has the exact same code as other models that support more, and this was not stated on the seller's page.
When we talk about ugreen, it is synonymous with quality. I bought this specific case and I was satisfied with the elegance, functionality, and performance. It handled an nvme disk without any problems and quickly. It was immediately recognized by my computer and everything is good. It is important to note that compared to other cases, the fact that it is tools-free, meaning it doesn't have screws, and the whole process of removing or installing a disk with bare hands takes seconds.
Quite a good case. Used for mounting. With a pro m.2 disk, I have seen up to 600mb/s on a 10G port (I don't think it will ever go higher). 4k materials (with normal codec) run flawlessly.
Very good and case for nvme drives.
With a crucial p2 512Gb that I use, it seems to usually reach 400mb and sometimes even 1000mb in file copy on Windows 10.
(depending on the computer and the files being copied, always type-c to type-c).
I would buy it again even though it only comes with a type-c cable in the package.
Personally, I didn't need the type-c to USB, but it is true that I thought it had both.
