It was the third time I bought this coffee in a quantity of 1 kilogram.
The first time it was excellent coffee and completely in the aromas I was looking for.
The second time it was quite different and I was cautious about my choice.
The third time makes me sure now to believe that it is completely another coffee - a blend from the first one I bought. Definitely bad coffee and it reminds me of varieties from South America that cost 10-15 euros/kg. So bad.

Specialty? I wouldn't bet on it.With honest equipment - SSP red + E61 - and several experiments later, I didn't catch any citrus acidity, nor grapefruit notes, nor any ninth harmony.
I wasn't impressed, I wouldn't recommend it either.
It's difficult for €7.5 to get you a single origin varietal specialty.
It's not bad, I just don't think you'll find what it "promises".

Extremely tasty and aromatic coffee. It lost one star because in order to give the body and flavor it can, it needs a larger quantity of coffee, otherwise it is relatively weak. For example, while other coffees with 18-19 grams have good results, this one needs 22-23. Otherwise, perfect.

The double espresso, I really liked it in terms of taste: 19g beans, ~60ml coffee in the cup, 29-30 seconds extraction time, satisfactory crema, rich flavor... I give it 5 stars.

It has the nice acidity of citrus fruits and leaves a mild sweet chocolate aftertaste that you also find in coffees from Costa Rica. The coffee is freshly roasted, with a very rich crema and flavors during extraction.

I can't say that it satisfied me, I have had much better coffees, but for its price it was decent, hence the 3/5 rating. It seemed very roasted and in no way did its aroma resemble Ethiopian coffee. Also, it didn't make a good crema at all.

The concept of real value for money. Having drunk and tried countless companies in terms of money and especially single origin, you will not find better. Firstly, I received it about a week after it was roasted. I have never bought such fresh coffee before, everything else was at least 6 months old. In terms of taste, you can tell just from the aroma. Full of flavor, enough acidity (which is what I was looking for). It's hot, perfect, and the aftertaste is very good. The ice cubes melt and you still enjoy it without it becoming watery. Conclusion: blindly take it for the others who are used to drinking blends and so-called arabica that are mixed with robusta, let them drink coffee from big chains with a glass of water as a gift. Well done, guys!
