The kikuyu grass variety is a warm-loving grass type with very fast aggressive growth and vigorous vegetation with intense coverage. It is usually planted in mixtures with fescue grass varieties, which after years of planting, fully cover the lawn area. It is very resistant to diseases, continuous trampling, high temperatures, and dry conditions.
