  • Very easy to use, all you have to do is place it in the car's cigarette lighter socket and it's ready. This way, you will be able to see the condition of your vehicle's battery at any time.

How you can check the condition of your car battery:

Turn the engine switch to the first position so that you measure the car battery and not the alternator. The battery voltage appears digitally on the voltmeter screen; if the voltmeter shows a voltage of 11.9V-12.8V, then your battery is in good condition. If it shows below 11.9V, it means you need to have it checked by a car electrician.

How you can check if your car's alternator is charging the car battery correctly, thus increasing its lifespan:

Follow the same procedure as measuring the battery condition, with the difference that the car battery should be running. Start the car engine and hold the throttle steady at 2,000 RPM. If the screen shows a voltage below 13.3V, the alternator is not charging your battery correctly, and you will need to have the alternator checked by a car electrician. If the voltage is 13.4-14.2V, your car's alternator is charging the battery correctly. If the voltmeter shows a voltage above 14.5V, there is a risk of overcharging and immediate damage to your car battery.

Very useful tool, especially for the battery!! The fact that it also shows the internal temperature is a plus.
