Lately, I have been suffering from elbow pain. Both outer and inner epicondylitis. As I play the guitar, the problem and the pain in my left hand become very intense. Meanwhile, I have also tried kinesiology tapes which, for the first time, not only did not help but worsened the problem.
Yesterday, I bought and tried this specific elbow brace. I don't know if it will last, but the symptoms and the pain in general, especially during guitar playing, seem to have significantly subsided.
I will come back after a longer period of testing. For now, though, I recommend it as a quality value-for-money product that does its job well.
