Just stay away, it's the worst. First of all, you don't get loungers, you get planks. What you heard is true, they send you packages with planks for you to fix it yourself. There is nothing worse than trying to assemble my first one, it took me 7 hours and I ended up frustrated and returned them because they were just terrible in terms of construction. It took them 3 months to fix 30 of them, and they keep them in storage where they get damp and the wood is covered in mold. They are packed in plastic bags along with the screws, and many pieces and bags of screws were lost during transportation. The screws are of poor quality and break on purpose to prevent you from completing the assembly. Just stay away, give something more to get something better
