It doesn't heat up much even in the highest setting. I really wonder why you have the rest. Overall, it is an acceptable product but I would like it to heat up more.

Now in winter it is just what you need to relax quickly if you have a cup of tea next to you. It warms up very well, especially on level 3. I have had it for 2 years and I use it every day all day during winter. Its texture is perfectly soft

I can use it in the summer on the small ladder. It relieves restless leg syndrome. Soft and pleasant to the touch. And the surprise? It's washable!

One of the best, however, it should still reach the maximum temperature faster, and also the first level is like it doesn't exist, there should be one more level up and the third one should be hotter.

Very good for its price.
On the negative side, the first step is almost imperceptible and generally the heat is not emitted from the entire surface but from the central part.

In replacement of an older one of the same brand, I have to say that this is an amazing heating pad with a very nice temperature, large and soft surface with heat from edge to edge.
It gradually heats up within 2 minutes and now I use it daily with excellent results for my sore lower back with years of chronic pain. I love it.
