    I don't think it's worth it.. I thought it would be suitable for damaged hair, but in general, it has enough protein that tends to dry out the hair with washing. I didn't notice it when I bought it and now I just use it for when I've "loaded" my hair with oils or styling products. Also, it doesn't create a strong lather.
