Embedded cooktop WL S8560 AL from manufacturer Whirlpool, with 4 cooking zones. Its type is induction, meaning only the bottom part of the cookware is heated and not the entire cooktop, resulting in the surrounding area remaining cool to the touch.
It uses less energy compared to other types of cooktops and cooking time is reduced by half. For example, water boils in less than 90 seconds. Cleaning is very easy, as the area around the cookware remains cool, so anything spilled does not heat up and does not stick to the surface. A necessary requirement for this type of cooktops is that the cookware must be compatible with induction cooktops, meaning made of stainless steel or cast iron, as not all types of cookware can be used. Finally, if you have small children, they are considered the safest choice. Its operation is autonomous, meaning it can function on its own without the need for connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in the kitchen that suits you best. It is suitable for combination with a countertop oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, regardless of the cooktops.
Operation for selecting desired temperatures and settings is done digitally and via touch. All options are located at the bottom of the cooktop and are integrated into the surface. Therefore, all you need to start cooking is a few gentle touches with your finger.

Unfortunately, in 2 years, the circuit board has broken twice. I had a warranty, but what will happen next? It is very expensive. Disappointment
Stoves in use for 2 months without any problems. They replaced conventional ceramic stoves from Neff because the glass broke from an object falling, so there is no experience with other induction stoves for comparison. I learned about these specific stoves from opinions online. The stoves are all the same with a power of 1750 watts each, working as 4 independent or bridged pairs simultaneously, making them the most flexible in terms of use. Bridged in pairs, they provide 3500 watts per pair and a total of 7200 watts. I don't know - I haven't tried bridging all 4, although I don't think it's possible. The boiling times are ridiculous compared to ceramic stoves, and these stoves have many programs. The touch control has not caused me any clarity issues, it just requires dry hands. A towel does the trick. The temperature selection is very fast, either by moving the finger on the bar style for adjustment (not plus/minus) or by touching a specific point on the bar to get a specific temperature from the scale of 1 to 18. It recognizes a 10-12-point briki normally. The glass is ceran and the stoves are made in Italy. They are beautiful, functional, quiet, and economical. I haven't noticed any difference in taste in the food compared to ceramic stoves. Time will tell.
Update: 18-10-2023
Well, the stoves suddenly stopped working after 2 months. From 16/3/2023 until today, 18-10-2023, my mother-in-law has been cooking for us. There is no warranty in practice no matter where I contacted: 1) the store where they were purchased, 2) the hosting platform, 3) the dealership, 4) authorized service. It's better to look for something more reliable and with support from a store, not impersonal purchases, although they were amazing while they were working.
