If the elbow is not supported somewhere, it is very difficult to move it if you hold the whole mouse (your shoulder and neck are affected). If you only hold the right side for left and right clicks, it is more comfortable but you lose the backward buttons unless you have a very large palm. If the elbow is stable, it is relatively comfortable.

With the purchase of an ergonomic mouse pad (with sponge), all problems are solved, no need for a very large hand or for the elbow to rest.

Resting position of the wrist. Comfortable grip even for hours. Accuracy in direction, even for light gaming (it takes 2-3 days to get used to it, but then the movement becomes completely natural). Very good position of the front and back buttons. The extra piece is very convenient, your whole hand rests on the mouse, it doesn't touch the mousepad. Nice and discreet blue lighting. The only two disadvantages are that (at least in my hand) the main buttons are not exactly where they should be (I have to slightly twist my hand), and that the back cushion of the mouse is quite small and if you exert a lot of vertical force, the plastic in the joint with the extra piece slightly scratches the mousepad.
