From the only ones that work quickly (meaning consuming the product with lactose and getting relief) and not having to take lactase beforehand for it to take effect.
The positive thing is that it doesn't even need water for consumption since it is extremely small. Not to mention that the container is small and easy to carry. It lasts only a few hours (max 3, I believe) but you can take the most dairy product and be fine!
