After just four uses, walking on a treadmill, all the decorative seams started tearing and the filling came out. Horrible product, unsuitable for the job it was designed for.

I have tried 3 different vests.
Not at all comfortable for someone who wants to do dynamic training.
It is almost impossible to do bends with it because it does not fit on the body.
It is annoying on the neck during pulls, so the only thing it is good for is dips and squats.
Also prohibitive for running (it swings excessively).
P.S.: The rating does not take into account that it was delivered to me defective: I took it out of the packaging and it was pierced, causing the material used for padding to gradually come out (I considered it a material defect).
