I bought 5, to get a good deal with the shipping. The brand is generally okay, but the first one was losing air from the valve. The second one, just as I was inflating it, went pop!! It should have raised my suspicions, it had something like sand on its surface, probably from a coating. The third one was also losing air. In the end, I managed to get by with the fourth one, exhausted.
Without having read it anywhere, probably like batteries, food (unrelated) etc., we should buy them from places where there is traffic and they get renewed. The variety spoils them. This tire is a somewhat rare size and probably doesn't "circulate" much, resulting in issues like the above. Probably at the next wheel change (with the 2 sets of brake pads), I will look to put something that circulates more, like 28mm that also fits in races.
