    I bought it 2 months ago from public, it was leaking from the nose, I gave it to them for a technical check, it took them 22 days and when I got it back, it was leaking water again. I gave it to them again and they told me now that the internal drum broke... bad usage and I have to pay 30€... both Tefal and public are unacceptable. The iron is a waste of money...

    I had to give it one star because there was no option for zero.... I have had it for six months, using it about once a week. The most unsuccessful purchase I have made. It leaks water with every use. I have to dry the clothes or even wash them again because it leaves stains on delicate fabrics. At first, I thought it was because it was new, but after six months, it still leaks quite a bit.

    The button that shoots water at the ironing point is completely awkward, as when you iron, it is so sensitive that it releases water without you wanting it. I wasted the money I spent and regret leaving the previous company. Phillips, once again Phillips.
