I decided to add a second siren to an existing installation and I installed the same one that I already had. I have had the first one for 7 years without any problems, its volume is fine, and overall I don't see any reason for someone to buy an expensive one. Anyway, burglars break them all, so if you want it to be effective, install 2-3 sirens instead of just one, even if it's a "good" one, as someone might say...
