It has everything it says but it doesn't turn well and the child complained from the first use. I saw him trying to turn and he would lift up on one front wheel and then fall. We bought it in pink color for my 5-year-old daughter's birthday. Maybe this age is borderline because it is probably aimed at slightly older children. Very high quality and sturdy...maybe the best value for money scooter for kids. When it gets dark, the lights on the wheels look amazing. The only flaw is its brake, I consider it relatively weak...the child will have to press it hard to brake properly. Your eyes will be amazed when the kids play with it. Buy without fear!
