For moderate exercise at home, it is quite good. We don't have a large house, and the space it occupies is considerable, and we don't have it in the middle. With half an hour of stepping, you sweat and feel that work has been done mainly on the legs (but also on the arms if you use the Resistance Bands that come with it)

The resistance bands are also very helpful in the exercise. It doesn't take up much space and is very easy to use. We used it with socks and our feet didn't hurt at all even after several minutes of exercise, which is very positive for anyone who needs it for home use.
