Economical and effective. If you don't mind the colorful appearance, I don't see a reason for something more expensive.

There are not many things to mention because it does exactly what it "says" - it splits for connection with the motherboard (and not only) to make 2 fans work in case you don't have other ports on the mobo...
Good and reliable, it works continuously for years and has enough cable extension.
