One of the worst shampoos I have ever used... I stopped using it the day before yesterday for the following reasons.
Unfortunately, it caused hair loss and I have noticeably less hair, which has terrified me because it was always thick and voluminous. As if that wasn't enough, it made my scalp incredibly oily from the second day onwards. As soon as I woke up, it was obvious, and even though I washed my hair 1-2 times a week with other shampoos and never had such an issue, with this one, I had to struggle day after day.
Also, my ends became like straw, even though I used the mask as a supplement and left it on for 10 minutes each time, rinsing with cold water to seal the hair cuticles.
The only good thing about this shampoo is its scent, which is not overpowering, but what good is that with so many negatives?
I'm sorry because I wasted a lot of money on the mask and shampoo, I gave them many chances to adjust to my scalp and hair, but they disappointed me greatly.

I have damaged, relatively oily hair with fine strands that frizz. My hair is not dyed, I have never colored it. For about two months now, I have stopped using straighteners and blow dryers to give my hair a break from heat, resulting in not being able to straighten it with a brush or blow dryer. As a result, my natural frizz makes them look not so great. I read that sulfates make frizz even more intense, so I decided to try this specific shampoo because it claimed to be sulfate-free. From the very first application, I felt a strong tingling sensation on my scalp and my hair felt like straw, even though I used conditioner. The only salvation is the oil I apply twice a day now to soften them until the next time I wash them, with a different shampoo of course. It may work for other hair types, but it definitely does not suit mine in any case.

Amazing shampoo for dry/dehydrated hair!!!! Cleans very well, creates abundant foam even though it doesn't contain SLS/SLES, while being plant-based which makes it surprisingly more difficult, it leaves the hair incredibly soft and smooth like a baby's that no one can understand unless they try it!!! It is exceptional for me that it doesn't make the hair greasy, even though it mentions dry scalp, you can easily wash your hair on the 3rd or 4th day without any problem!! I also noticed that there is much less hair loss since I started using it. Previously, I used the damage shampoo from Insight, no comparison!!!
