Apart from the noise, the biggest issue is with the heating, zero performance with lukewarm air. I spoke with the company and they gave me excuses for a visit. They told me that if they don't find a problem, I will be charged for the visit. Personally, I regret buying it and I didn't like the behavior of the company. Two 9000 btu air conditioners were installed in bedrooms and their performance is impressive in heating. I haven't tried cooling yet. The only thing that bothered me is that although the air conditioners are identical, both the indoor and outdoor units have different controllers as shown in the photos. The inventor application works fine without any disconnections, despite the fact that one unit is relatively far from the router. The slight noises mentioned by other users are within normal range during the first minute of operation until the unit reaches temperature. After that, you can't hear anything. The outdoor unit is also very quiet. It is below 59db as the manufacturer claims, even without anti-vibration bases.

Whether in cold or hot weather, these annoying crack sounds can be heard. And not only during operation, but even when you turn it off, they continue for about half an hour, until the plastic parts return to room temperature. Now that it has gotten colder and we turned on our heater, we noticed that the 24-inch, which is placed above a radiator, makes crackling noises due to the heat rising from the radiator. It is clear that it is not a matter of placement, but clearly a matter of plastic quality. Because now the majority of people who have purchased it are reporting it, the company must do something about it.

I bought 3 units of 9000 BTU. In heating mode, it is really powerful. With an outside temperature of 8C, setting the air conditioner to 21C is more than enough. It really can't handle being set to 25C. Consumption is about 0.3-0.4kWh measured with tapo p110. I think it can also be set to 20C though. Some noises may be heard, but nothing too terrible or unusual for an air conditioner, and only for a few minutes at the beginning. The wifi works well, but sometimes it doesn't connect well to the router, and if you have set it to turn off at a certain time, it may not turn off and continue working. Also, I couldn't get it to connect to the nearby extender no matter what. Only directly with the router.
Update for summer. In cooling mode, it is very quiet and there are no sounds of expansion or contraction at all, neither at the beginning nor during operation.

Purchase 10/01/2022. Very good in cooling and heating and the wifi connection is very easy. Unfortunately, I also confirm the issue with the creaking plastic. They came from Inventor, put some silicone pastes but it still creaks quite a bit. It is placed in a bedroom, resulting in being annoying during sleep. I am expecting a replacement from Inventor, I will come back for further information with the progress of the replacement.
Update: Finally, replacement from Inventor and even with a more expensive model. Luckily, everything is good! And here is where the value of official warranty and proper service is evident.

My conclusions about its performance in hot summer and cold winter environments are very positive. As for the negatives, I would mention the slight vibrations it makes (somewhat like a low-intensity crackling sound), which fortunately last for only 5 to 10 minutes after turning on the device, after which it operates almost silently. Another peculiar thing I notice is that the air emitted into the room by the indoor unit occasionally has some minimal fluctuations in flow, which sounds like a light rustling of air in the ear. In an older model of the same company (the passion eco), I had observed the same phenomenon, which, however, was corrected by removing and cleaning the filters, something that I have not yet managed to do with the corona plus.

The apartment building was built in 2007, so it has aluminum frames with double glazing, but the walls do not have perfect insulation. Normally, for 40 square meters, I should have bought the 18,000 BTU model, but despite that, it works great for cooling, as it cools the space almost instantly without much noise. It is not as effective for heating, but it is mentioned in the instruction manual that for low temperatures, an additional heating source is needed. Overall, I am satisfied and do not regret taking the risk of buying the 12,000 BTU model instead of the 18,000 BTU one.

This specific model (9000 btu) has a problem with its plastics. The squeaking noise it makes is something I have never seen in an air conditioner before. Unfortunately, I bought three of them and I regret it... In terms of energy efficiency, I have seen better since it doesn't go below 200 watts in maintenance mode. The technicians from the manufacturer came and applied the known silicone, but I don't see any change, the noise continues.
Another disadvantage is that it has a significant temperature offset, so if you set it to 26 degrees, it starts cooling at a real temperature of 24 degrees.
Overall, it requires experimentation with the follow me feature.

In cooling mode, it is A+++ with a SEER of 8.5 (with 10 being excellent in terms of performance/consumption ratio) and a consumption of 144 kWh/year (for cooling). The machine works perfectly in cooling mode, I haven't tried the heating mode (I have autonomous natural gas), both the indoor and outdoor units are completely silent, the plastic parts do not make any noise so far, I have it on automatic mode and it feels like it's not even working. The Wi-Fi is very easy to use and responds instantly, it has several extra features, it looks nice and I think it's worth the money.

It is, if I'm not mistaken, the cheapest A+++/A+++. Yes, it is also +++ in heating if you live in the warm zone, like Athens for example, and not in northern Greece, where it translates to ++. The external unit in cooling is ridiculously quiet, making less noise than the internal one. It is intended for use only in cooling.
Update 16/8/22: 3 months of heat and it operates steadily at 27-29 in a 25 sqm space (I have taken the 12). With the fan intensity at the lowest setting, it works comfortably. I have never set it below 25 because it is too cold. The fan produces a very strong power at full speed. Overall, it is an air conditioner that you don't even think about opening because its consumption at the temperatures it operates (27-29) is very low. With the air conditioning, be patient, there is no need to start at 20 degrees until the house cools down and keep opening and closing it all the time, as this wastes energy unnecessarily. Its plastics creak a little occasionally, but nothing crazy, if I remember correctly when I first installed it in April and tested it in the heat, it creaked more. The remote control and the mobile app are very modern and nice. Overall, fully satisfied so far. Also, don't forget that it comes with a 10-year warranty and excellent service from Inventor.
Update 2/8/23. I am coming back because I imagine many will have concerns about the noise. It makes some creaking noises like 2 times a day and if... But I can't say in any case that it bothers me, and it is right above my bed and I am very curious about sleep. The air conditioner works continuously at 26-28 and maybe that's why the creaking noises are not heard. I will also suggest to others who are bothered by the creaking noises to try the same. Let their air conditioner work at a normal and not cold temperature, play between 26-28. Creaking noises probably occur when there are huge temperature differences. That is, if you enter a house and it is 30 degrees and you set the air conditioner to 21-22, it creaks due to expansion and contraction. When I have the air conditioner at 28 and with full fan intensity, the room temperature is an average of 26 degrees, which is a very pleasant temperature to live in, without feeling cold or hot and above all without wasting electricity. So, do not believe that setting it at 27-28 is too high. Air conditioners should work there. When you go below 25, you just waste electricity. I believe this will work for you too, because for me it is really completely quiet with this use.

It works amazingly on the second floor of a mountain room, 20 square meters, it turns off in half an hour at 24 degrees and then maintains the temperature. It's worth its money for the technical support from the company. Update: It is an incredible machine for cooling, I have it in a 12000 BTU bedroom. At 25 degrees, you can't stand it, it gets cold, I haven't tried putting it lower. Maybe it's an exaggeration for a 12,000 BTU in a room. Powerful machine. Note that the house is a detached house with a terrace on top and it reaches 40 degrees with 30% humidity. It really makes it a refrigerator!
