It is a very good shoe for overpronators! But.. every year the fit becomes tighter. As a result, I have to get a size bigger than what I normally wear and still, it is just right, after many kilometers it hits my heel. It is not very lightweight but I don't run, so it doesn't bother me. The construction quality is good, it has not been tested over time yet for me to give an opinion on its durability.

I will revise regarding the construction quality.. the shoe started to tear in the front and on the side, already after 6 months of use without running! Additionally, even after it somewhat loosened and stopped hitting the heel, it has caused a lot of discomfort to my toes, as I mentioned in the early review the fit is tighter every year, especially the toe box. It's a shame really, because in terms of overpronation, it is so far the most effective Kayano I have worn.
