In the vibration mode only I use it now and it does a decent job...
I only put it on the electric shock once and never again!!! My short-haired dog started crying so much (maybe out of fear and not pain) with the first bark and it kept hitting him with an electric charge every few seconds. I took it off immediately and since then only in vibration!

It was quite helpful in adjusting the vibration for training the dog not to bark when we are away. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the screen doesn't have a way to lock, resulting in it touching the dog's ears or skin and either turning it on/off or changing the settings when he was lying on it.

As soon as I received the product, I put it on my dog and it stopped barking. I took it off after 2 hours and waited. On the first day, it didn't bark again. On the second day, it started barking again. I put it on him deactivated and it immediately stopped. Today, the third day, it has only barked once and that was because a stranger entered the house. It is very effective.
