I ordered the chair because of the features it has. Instead of red, it arrived yellow. I said okay, it's not bad; I won't wait 3 weeks for the other one to arrive again... In the 3.5 months that I sat on it for an average of 5 hours a day, as I was trying to get into the desk position, all the wheels broke (I am a 90 kg person) for a chair that claims to hold up to 150 kg. I am preparing for a replacement because, as they told me, this is not reasonable; it is probably a material defect, and they ask me to send it back. I waited almost 1.5 months and finally see that the replacement part is coming, and guess what? They sent me back the same base without any notification to tell me that they wouldn't replace it, even though initially we were right and they would do a replacement. The mockery at its finest. I called the store where I purchased it, and they informed me that they have no idea what happened and told me to call the company that supplies them to find out (they made me do their job, basically). I called and spoke with a very rude person who categorically told me that it is not their problem and to talk to the store where I placed the order, but he said it doesn't matter since it broke; they are not interested, in fact, he said it as if it is normal to pay nearly €250 for something that, according to their specifications, should hold almost double the weight and breaks like glass.
Update: After contacting Skroutz, they replaced the base for me
After 4 months of use, the slots for the wheels broke.
