Although initially excited about the purchase, I was completely disappointed along the way.
While whisking (!!), 3 out of the 4 screws of the component came off inside the cream. We found 2 of them in the dessert. The third one is still missing. I hope we didn't eat it.
And I don't know if it has spare parts.
Even with the most liquid materials, it does not give homogeneous mixtures.
Perfect! When I first got it, my 2-year-old pushed it and threw it off the kitchen table. I couldn't believe my eyes that it was still working perfectly after such a fall!
In general, I use it at least once every 15 days for moderate dough and cakes. I declare myself very satisfied.
My mother-in-law gave it to me as a gift on my birthday. I have had it for 1.5 years. It hasn't had any issues. I mainly use it to mix cake and cake filling, and with the increase in ice cream prices this year, I have made ice cream more than 10 times using a ready-made mix from a well-known company. If I didn't have it, I wouldn't be able to make ice cream so many times with a hand mixer. It takes 10 minutes of full beating! So I can say that the motor doesn't heat up. (I can't make homemade ice cream because it becomes hard, but if someone doesn't have a problem, they could make homemade ice cream just fine). So far, it seems indestructible. The plastic lid cracked a bit, but it's not the machine's fault, it's my husband's fault for trying to remove it without knowing how it comes off. I haven't tried it on bread dough yet, but I'm sure it would work perfectly.
I had a very bad experience...
I made a cake and one of the screws ended up in the mixture... Luckily, I found it in my mouth and not my children's...
I tried to tighten the remaining ones better, but they don't tighten...
Very good for its price but struggles a lot with hard mixtures! It is not for professional use in my opinion but for everyday easy preparations, it is just right!
