It is a very good iron supplement. At the pharmacy, they told me that folic acid helps with better absorption. I take a sachet at night before I sleep, a few days before and during my period* and I don't have dizziness and cramps. It is also the only one that doesn't upset my stomach. I have repurchased it 3-4 times and I will continue.
*Magnesium also helps me with the pains (for better absorption magnesium along with B6, as advised by my gynecologist).

Amazing product. Light on the stomach, effective, and most importantly, it can be taken easily anywhere during the day.
It works but it gave me bloating and I can't stand the metallic aftertaste it leaves. I won't buy it again, I will stick with sidereal forte which for me is top!
4 stars because of the sweeteners, which I would prefer not to have, otherwise it didn't cause me any issues in the gastrointestinal system like other products I have tried over the years.. I will come back for results

Iron: 21mg
Folic acid: 400mcg
Vitamin C: 70mg
Vitamin D: 10mcg
Vitamin B6: 1mg
Vitamin B12: 1.75mcg
One of the ingredients is milk proteins, so if you have lactose intolerance or a milk allergy, it may not be suitable for you.
The other product from the same company, SiderAL® FORTE, also contains milk proteins, but it is clarified that it only contains caseins.
It has a terrible taste. The instructions say to put it directly in your mouth, but when I did, I almost threw up. I ended up mixing it with some juice to drink it, so I don't know how effective it was. I will not buy it again!
Here is an iron supplement that doesn't bother the stomach and intestines, and what a nice taste!! It may be expensive, but it's worth it. I will check my blood values in a month. It also contains other vitamins!
