This specific generation has a specific problem. If the battery is completely discharged, it cannot be charged no matter how many hours you leave it charging. In this case, the manufacturer suggests connecting it to a car charger (cigarette lighter) and waiting for 15 minutes to pass the unlocking point, and then it can be charged normally with a regular socket. Some users have not encountered such an issue, so it happens in individual products. Regardless, make sure not to completely discharge it and you won't have a problem. I bought the noco jbx 45 the day before yesterday. Besides the fact that they offer a one-year warranty and they are very expensive, from the moment I got it, it had issues. Imagine that I tried to charge a phone from 40% and it went up to 70% and then completely discharged. Imagine if I needed to charge a car as well... I got disappointed and returned it to the store. I think the money is overpriced... You can find much cheaper options that do the job just fine. Also, if the lithium battery breaks, it cannot be replaced, and you simply throw it away along with the money you have spent

Hey guys, I bought it on Thursday, 4/1/2024. I charge it with a 33w charger, but I tried to charge it with a 65w and 67w charger, and it doesn't seem to go up even one bar. I don't know who to contact, I'm crying over my money

Good product sturdy quality construction easy to use. As soon as I took it out of the box, it barely lit up the second indicator light, which means it was below 50% charged, and immediately started the 1800 cc gasoline engine. It takes a while to fully charge without a fast charger but it's okay.

I recently purchased the booster and so far I haven't had the chance to use it somewhere to test its power, durability, etc. What I can say for sure is that as a construction, it is something premium and not a cheap plastic. The packaging is of very good quality and overall the materials used in the construction of the booster seem very high-quality. Whether it is value for money for me clearly depends on whether it will withstand the test of time and perform as well as it does now in the beginning, so that will be revealed in the long run. Definitely, though, with the amount of money it costs, they could have included a fast-charging adapter in the package and not just the cable.

Make sure to find an official Noco retailer and make sure the product states "Designed in USA - Made in China" on it, it's a way to distinguish the genuine one.
