I have had it for three months and have done over 700km in Thessaloniki. I had never had any other similar vehicle before and after a lot of searching, I ended up with this one. The first impression, if you have seen any other competitor scooter, you understand that it is something different. It is bigger, imposing, with large wheels and a finish that leaves no room for doubt.
On the road, the rolling quality is very good, the motor is powerful, the brakes are excellent, and its autonomy, with the "sport" mode always selected, gives me around 45km - maybe even more - with a body weight of 85kg and a height of 1.80m, on a mixed route. I always charge it after work, and I must say that it made a very positive impression on me that it charges from about 46% battery to 100% in 1 hour and 45 minutes.
However, there are some things that I wouldn't say are negative, but certainly not the best for me. The first is the weight, which of course you know from the beginning where you are going, but due to the large battery with the built-in transformer, you can say "it's worth it". The second is the absence of "cruise control," which I learned that Segway removed in a certain upgrade for safety reasons. You can add it with an aftermarket upgrade, as well as increase the speed to 32km/h, but you will lose the dealership warranty. For me personally, it would be better if they left the choice to each individual who owns it. The third and last thing, which of course I imagine is a characteristic of every scooter without suspension, is the degree to which road irregularities affect the rider. To tell the truth, this is an issue that I have noticed from the first rides and it still concerns me, and I don't know if the extra suspensions provide comfort (they will definitely do something), but you will lose a lot of acceleration, maybe speed, and certainly increase the weight of the vehicle by at least 3-4 kilograms.
In conclusion, what I will say is that you always weigh the pros and cons in everything and see the advantages and disadvantages. I will say that I am satisfied with this purchase, that everything is a habit, it is truly an electric vehicle and not just a scooter that will take you quickly everywhere, and if you use good routes, it will fill you with nice moments.

After 3700km in 11 months, the scooter is flawless without any problems whatsoever.
The only thing I have to say is that the tire air pressure needs to be checked every 3-4 weeks.
