Suitable for:

  • normalizing sleep.

Usage

Adults: 25 drops in a little water (honey can optionally be added), half an hour before bedtime.

Children over 6 years old: 10 drops in a little water (honey can optionally be added), half an hour before bedtime.

For improvement of anxiety symptoms:

Adults: 10-20 drops in a little water, 1 to 2 times a day. 

Children over 6 years old: 10 drops in a little water once a day.

Ingredients

Tincture from: valerian root (Valeriana officinalis*) 50% and fresh hops (Humulus lupulus*) 50%. Alcohol content: 62% (v/v).
