Unfortunately not reliable at all,
The alarm would go off for no reason every 10-20 minutes from the motion sensor.
Luckily there were cameras and I could check the area for intrusion, otherwise I would have been up and down all night.
The next day we moved it and again the same thing happened, so I just deactivated it.
Easy installation, mobile notification on motion detection, only negative is the loudness of the siren, hence the 3 rating.
