I have never had a problem with genuine ink cartridges, which is why I prefer them. There was one time when I bought a compatible ink cartridge and the printer didn't recognize it, so I threw it away. Since then, I haven't bought a compatible one again.
Genuine ink cartridges are expensive, but it is certain that they will work, have a long lifespan, and provide good print quality.

I have been using this product for about 10 years without any problems. Overall, it is a very good product. The only thing I would like to mention for everyone to know is the following:
I always made sure that when I placed this product, its expiration date had not passed. The last two times I purchased the product, it was already expired, and after a few prints, dried ink filled the bottom of the print heads and the printer stopped printing. After removing and cleaning the print heads, the printer continued to print normally.
