It burns like hell this particular frying pan. It heats up immediately compared to other more expensive ones from the same company. A negative is the build quality which is a bit flimsy and lightweight
Average quality frying pan. After about 6 months of use, what I noticed is that it bends in the center and creates curvature. I suspect that it is thin and heats much more in the center compared to the edges. Additionally, it started to slowly stick to food and leave food marks that were difficult to clean from the coating. I would be very skeptical about buying it again; I might make a different choice.
The eggs stick unless you put enough oil, it has a very thin bottom so on a gas stove the center of the pan develops a much higher temperature compared to the edges.
Thin at the base, and because it heats up immediately, it burns the meats. For crepes/omelets it's good, but for meats a pan with a thick base is needed.
At first it was perfect. But after few weeks the food started to stick even while using oil to cook. And keep in mind that I was really careful while washing which is something I can’t say anymore as I have food stuck after one single use. I expected more i don’t recommend it.
TEFAL, guarantee! Don't bother with imitations, give something more because it really solves your hands!
I don't know what others say, but personally, I enjoy thick and juicy ribs. Cook them in this specific pan or bake them in a convection oven, DONE.
