It is a very affordable solution for a very flexible fan placement... Apart from being a tabletop fan, it can be attached to many points with the clip it has... It operates at low speeds, only one speed, and you can have it close to you, where you sit or lie down, enjoying a nice feeling of coolness... It does not rotate, but in practice, this is not a problem because it functions as an individual fan... It has a small noise - hum when it operates, but it is not bothersome... Overall, it is an individual fan, flexible, effective, and very affordable... I have three at home...

One year later, I placed them back from the attic where they are stored and they work normally. Nothing burns in electricity, it cools satisfactorily. The clip is very strong.
