  Just today, on September 27, the battery completely failed. For no reason at all.
  It started making noise (beep beep), I unplugged it and plugged it back in, and now the battery doesn't charge at all, nor does it hold a charge.
  I read reviews that people have had it for 14 years and it works, and that's why I bought it.
  Mine lasted only 6 months and 25 days.
  I have contacted Skroutz about the warranty and I will have to see what happens from here on out.

  I have been using it permanently since 2010! The machine has been working 24/7 since then! Initially, it protected my home computer, then the office computer, and now the 55-inch Qled TV in my home! After about 5-6 years, I replaced the two batteries with original APC ones, but I could easily replace them with much cheaper third-party ones (next time). The replacement process is very simple and quick, it won't be difficult for anyone.

  It has never disappointed me. I have been living on an island for 10 years where power outages are common, and it has easily coped with protecting my devices. As a computer UPS, it had no issues at all, I think it can handle devices up to 530 Watts. It also "supports" my TV, so I can safely turn it off. It has the ability to protect LAN & RJ-45 for router or network connection and telephone lines.

  It can be connected via a USB cable (included in the package) to a PC or Mac for monitoring its operation. Unfortunately, the APC program, Powershute, is not great and is not frequently updated (occasionally at best), and it is only available for Windows, not for Mac. However, it has the necessary features such as automatic computer shutdown in case of power outage, statistics, and various other settings.

  Its circuitry is very good and "ultra-sensitive", it is noticeable that it intervenes immediately even with the slightest voltage fluctuation. I highly recommend it, it will accompany you for many years and relieve you from the worry of protecting your sensitive electronic devices. Once again, the name APC is the greatest guarantee of flawless operation.

  Αγόρασα αυτό το UPS μεταχειρισμένο σε χαμηλή τιμή. Ο λόγος ήταν να προστατέψω ενα laptop,ενα router,μια TV και ενα playstation.

  Τα υπέρ :
  1) Οθόνη υγρών κρυστάλλων - Βλέπεις τα πάντα και έχει χειρισμό των 90% των λειτουργιών του χωρίς να χρειάζεται να συνδεθεί με τον υπολογιστή.
  2) Μικρο μέγεθος χωράει παντού.
  3) Αθόρυβο, δεν έχει ανεμιστήρα όπως τα μεγαλύτερα μοντέλα. Δεν πιάνει σκόνη στο εσωτερικό του, στιβαρή κατασκευή. Γενικά η APC ειναι μια απο τις καλύτερες εταιρίες στην κατασκευή των UPS.
  4) Με την λειτουργία "Green" μπορείτε να ρυθμίσετε κάποιες συσκευές να κλείνουν απο το ρεύμα όταν κλείνετε την συσκευή που ειναι ορισμένη σαν "master". Πολυ χρήσιμο καθότι κάνετε και οικονομία και αποσυνδέονται οι συσκευές για να μην ειναι συνεχεία στο stby και πανω στο δίκτυο της ΔΕΗ συνεχεία.
  5) Με το software της APC , το UPS δινει πληρη αναφορά κατάστασης ενω μπορεί να παραμετροποιηθει εύκολα και κάνει και studown τον υπολογιστή οταν το επίπεδο της εφεδρικής μπαταρίας φτάσει σε χαμηλά επίπεδα.
  6) Χαμηλό κόστος της μπαταρίας και εύκολη αντικατάσταση χωρίς εργαλεία. Φοράει μόνο μια μπαταριά 12V 7Ah που ειναι σχετικά οικονομική στην τιμή, δεν χρειάζεται να βάλετε την γνήσια. Γύρω στα 30 ευρώ και πανω ~ 40, κοστίζει μια καλή (YUASA,ENERSYS,CSB κλπ), και στα 9Αh θα σας ανεβάσει την αυτονομία παραπάνω. Έμενα μου έβγαλε 750λεπτα (χωρίς φορτίο) και 42λεπτα με 25W φορτίο.
  7) Αξιόλογη κατασκευή πλακέτας με καλά και αξιόπιστα υλικά. Ζεσταίνετε ελάχιστα. Δεν μυρίζουν τα πλαστικά του.
  8) Λειτουργιά AVR χωρίς να χρησιμοποιεί την μπαταριά. Όταν πέσει η τάση του Δικτύου η ανεβεί το UPS την προσαρμόζει αυτόματα στην σωστή τιμή.
  9) Εύκολη αλλαγή της μπαταρίας, χωρίς εργαλεία και χωρίς να χρειάζεται να ανοιχτεί η μονάδα. Άπλα και εύκολα.

  Τα κατά :
  1) Λιγα Watt εξόδου, σε αυτην την τιμη μπορει κάποιος να πάρει ένα μεγαλύτερο της APC (αν δεν θέλει την οθόνη και την λειτουργιά green). Δεν κανει για Gaming PC με πολλα Watt τροφοδοτικά. Εκει πατε στο πιο μεγάλο μοντέλο.
  2) Όπως όλα τα UPS αυτής της σειράς η θύρα δεδομένων (USB) δεν ειναι η κλασσική αλλα εχει βύσμα Rj50 που δεν θα το βρει κάποιος στο εμπόριο για να φτιάξει ενα καλώδιο. Ευτυχώς όταν ειναι καινούριο το καλώδιο εμπεριέχεται στην συσκευασία, αλλιώς ειναι ακριβό εχει απο 18 με 25 ευρω. Προσοχή λοιπόν αν το πάρετε μεταχειρισμένο και δεν υπάρχει το καλώδιο αυτο.
  3) Δεν έχει έξοδο "καθαρού ημίτονου" άλλα ειναι εξόδου "τροποποιημένου ημίτονου". Αυτή η λειτουργιά ειναι σημαντική για συσκευές όπως ενα desktop PC η ενα δικτυακό μηχάνημα (server κλπ) που το τροφοδοτικό τους λειτουργεί με Active PFC. Αυτά τα τροφοδοτικά θέλουν "καθαρό ημίτονο" αλλιώς μπορεί να καούν, καθότι ανεβάζουν θερμοκρασία και κάνουν και θόρυβο αν η τάση εισόδου (που προέρχεται οταν το UPS ειναι σε λειτουργιά battery mode) δεν ειναι καθαρού ημίτονου.
  4) Αν η μπαταριά έχει πέσει μετά απο διακοπή ρεύματος, κατά την επαναφορά και όσο δουλεύει ο φορτιστής του UPS ακούγετε ένας βόμβος ο οποίος θα σταματήσει όταν φορτίσει η μπαταριά στο 100%.

  Κάτι άλλο δεν βρίσκω μέχρι στιγμής. Ειναι καλο σαν μηχάνημα, αν και λιγο ακριβό κατα την γνώμη μου. Η διάφορα τιμής πιστεύω ότι ειναι λόγω οθόνης και λειτουργίας "Green"
  Αξίζει αν κάποιος πάρει καινούριο να δώσει κάποια λεφτά παραπάνω για να ειναι καθαρού ημίτονου. Παντα φυσικα για αναλογα την χρήση τύπων συσκευών που θελετε να κανετε.

  Just now I opened it and I have it in my office, in due time I will do a more serious evaluation, just note that because I have it on my desk, it makes a noise, constantly, probably the fan, as annoying as possible when you're not wearing headphones for example... if it was a meter away from the desk, or below the desk, I wouldn't have any issues I think, I will write again within the week.

  The sound comes from the front, whether you put it high or low, a meter is fine, almost noiseless.

  Although it lasts much less than my old one (15 minutes compared to 1 hour), it still works flawlessly. I had a high-power APC before, which sometimes blocked without any apparent reason, resulting in sudden shutdowns! In the months that I have the new one, it has never shown any malfunction/blockage.
  30/12/18: 6 months after the initial review and it still performs perfectly. Highly recommended if you don't have high demands for backup duration.
  19/11/2019: Works flawlessly, unlike the previous problematic APC. I reinforce the positive comments!
  3/9/2020: It's like it doesn't exist! I had some issues with older models and their batteries would die after 2 years. This one continues to function like new!
  3/5/2022: I replaced the battery about 1 month ago, at around 4 years. It's like new again!

  Excellent! It is relatively expensive compared to others in its category, but as you go along, you see the difference in quality. Very useful that you change the battery with the removal of a protective cover and on the front screen you get any information you may need... from input/output voltage to estimated remaining battery time.

  APC is top when it comes to UPS construction. I live in a province, in an island area, and I truly believe that if I didn't have a UPS, my system would have burned. It has enough VA for the components I have connected (about 400-450W together with the monitor+speakers) but in the end, it turned out well because the battery lasted about 40 minutes at the beginning (not during gaming). After about 4 years, it has dropped by half... at some point, of course, it will be replaced. The two previous UPS I had, from different companies, burned out in a fairly short period of time. Also, the software provided has many options, one of which automatically shuts down the system when the battery is depleted. You can also disable the sounds during a power outage. The only thing that annoys me is that when there is a power outage, even if the computer is turned off, the fan starts running, which can be heard if you are in the same room. Mine must not have been assembled correctly because the fan was touching a plastic air duct and making even more noise until I decided to reassemble it.

  I bought this specifically for powering a Synology NAS Server loaded with 18TB of storage. Although the NAS's requirements are minimal and a smaller model would have sufficed, I chose this one for the following reasons:

  1. Almost 5-6 hours of autonomy during power outages (with only my NAS as the load).
  2. Very sensitive circuitry to power surges (i.e., protective for anything connected "behind" it).
  3. Connection capabilities with a PC for monitoring its operation (which I don't use).
  4. LAN & RJ-45 protection capabilities (equipment).

  In the future, I will definitely purchase a larger one for my computer (950W power supply) and for my monitor (maybe three later on ;-) ). I have owned this for almost three years and I highly recommend it to anyone interested.

  I have it here for 4 years and it's fantastic. I have changed the battery once. It lasts about 15 minutes for the box and 3 screens that I have connected, when the power goes out (which happens often in the area I live...). The best feature is the screen and the software it has, for those who want to see and measure how many WATTS their system uses. It also protects the M/B circuits from surges and overvoltages. It also has RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports for network and telephone cables to protect against any current passing through them. Before I got it and connected it, the ETHERNET port on the M/B got fried by a lightning strike on an OTE column and it burned the Router as well...

  I'm not even referring to the manufacturing company or the features, both of which are top-notch. I believe that the commentator pantelis1009 covered almost everything. I would just like to add that it takes 2 batteries and there is a way to not buy the genuine one (65 euros...) but 2 others and install them yourself.
  I've had it for about 5 years and I got it on sale...80 euros!

  Good evening guys, I have the product for a little over a month. During this time, the power has ''dropped'' several times and I am completely satisfied. I have it connected to my PC (750W power supply), the monitor, the speakers, and a TV that I use as a second monitor. If I'm not playing a demanding game, the UPS works with everything on at 25% maximum 30%, if I'm playing because I only use the TV which is 37 inches at 50% maximum. The program it has is very easy and you can adjust everything (from when you want it to turn off if there is a power outage to how much money you save from the power company). Also, something that helped me a lot (you choose if you want it) is that when the PC turns off, the monitor and speakers automatically turn off. I highly recommend it.
