Very easy to use and clean. For me, it is not a problem that the plates are not removable, because they are non-stick. A big advantage compared to other waffle makers is its perimeter groove, which not only protects the buttons and the exterior of the device from the possibility of overflow, but also helps in quick and effective cleaning of the plates. For more even cooking, preheating at maximum temperature is needed and then cooking at medium, although the process is relatively slow that way. To save time, cooking at maximum temperature helps a lot, but the top surface of the waffle comes out more cooked than the bottom. Even so, the result is very satisfactory!

Very good home use waffle maker and non-stick. I have noticed that it works even better if I preheat it at maximum temperature and then lower it to medium.

Very good waffle maker! With 1200W it heats up quickly, cooks well and evenly. Its plates are not detachable but with its very good non-stick coating, nothing sticks and it is very easy to clean!

Very good device so far.. for quick and fluffy waffles.. the only "flaw" is that the plates are not removable for easier cleaning!
